Refund Policy For Subscription Plans for Ongoing Memberships
There is a 72-hour, 5% course consumption limit on refund requests. From the time of your enrollment/initial payment, you have 72 hours AND/OR up to completion of 5% of any of the course content, whichever comes first, to request a refund.
NO REFUND will be given after 72 hours of purchase or 5% completion of anycourse content or combination of course content, which ver comes first.
You can request to cancel your subscription at any time. This will cancel all future scheduled payments but all payments collected prior to your cancellation request will be subjected to the refund policy.
Refund Policy For Payment in Full of Limited Term Programs
When completing a purchase in full for any limited term program, you understand that you have up to 72 hours to request a refund with less than 5% of the course completed. NO REFUND will be given after 72 hours of purchase or if more than 5% percent of the course has been completed. Your enrollment is locked in for the remaining term of that program after 72 hours or completion of more than 5% of any part of the program.
You understand that the program course material is solely online. You will not receive any physical materials via mail, unless purchased separately.
Our Program Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our programs. You have 72 hours from the time of your enrollment/purchase to check the program out and if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can get your money back as long as you cancel within that time frame and have completed less than 5% of the program or any combination of parts of the program.
Refund Policy for Physical Products
We have a no refund policy for physical products unless you were 1) sent the wrong product (our mistake), 2) the product arrived damaged, or 3) the product was never delivered (must be confirmed by the shipping/delivery company).
In the event of scenarios 1 and 2 above, we may request a picture of the wrong or damaged product before refunding or replacing it. In the event of scenario 3), we will reship the item at our cost to you. However, if the delivery/shipping company confirms that the item was delivered to the address of record, it is the customer’s responsibility to open an investigation with the shipping/delivery company to locate their package.
An order is not eligible for refund under the following circumstances:
